WE'RE FABIO AND SARA<\/small>
What is the origin of our idea<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Spad\u00f9’s idea came from Calabria, Sara’s homeland, where we return every year in the summertime.<\/p>\n

Experiencing the atmosphere of the many small establishments selling Swordfish along the streets of Scilla, we thought:<\/span><\/p>\n

“They<\/span><\/em> really pamper us there with the Swordfish<\/span><\/em>.”<\/p>\n

The sandwich is so good that<\/span> people line up and wait for a long time to taste it.<\/span><\/p>\n

So, a few years ago the idea and desire flashed across our mind to open our own place in San Benedetto del Tronto that would transfer the same taste and excitement to the atmosphere of our home.<\/span><\/p>\n

So we began to dream…<\/p>\n
